"5 o´clock Shark"
"Morgado Cake" (conventual sweets): Almond with "angel air pumpkin jam", made for farewell dinner party (Departure from Azores to the mainland).
Cake weighing 7 Kg e 300 gr, filled with sweet egg and Golden threads ("Fios de ovos")
(Note: figures are made of sugar paste painted, homemade.)
Race track
Chocolate Cake with about 5kg, decorated with rolled fondant (homemade) and fully hand painted. (Cars are made in carved white chocolate, covered with sugar paste)
